Please note this portal will permanently close on 31st October 2019. After this date you will no longer be able to access any data or documentation. If there are any documents or data you wish to keep, please ensure you download or extract them prior to this date.

DFID New Supplier Portal:

DFID has launched its new Supply Partner Portal. This will be the new way to register, bid and participate in contract opportunities that we advertise. If you have been migrated across to the new portal, you will have receive email instructions on how to access your account. Otherwise, to use the supply partner portal you must register and complete a company profile. Further details, guides and FAQs can be found on the DFID Procurement page.

Any tender opportunities launched prior to 31st July 2019 will continue to be operated and awarded through the old supplier portal. If you are part of a tender, you should continue to use the old portal to access and respond. If you have any questions about an opportunity you are currently responding to, please contact the named procurement lead.

After 31st July 2019, all new opportunities will be issued via the Supply Partner Portal.

DFID's over-riding aim is to obtain value for money through robust procurement strategies and processes aligned with key DFID policies such as pro-poor growth and labour standards. DFID wishes to work with organisations and suppliers who embrace our values and demonstrate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by taking account of economic, social and environmental factors. We encourage you and your supply chains to comply with the International Labour Organisation (ILO) standards.
